Job summary

Maple Meadows Assisted Living is seeking a 2nd Shift Part-Time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities on Saturdays and Sundays on an alternating weekend schedule. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and compassionate, professional care in a community that values its residents and their families.

You will assist with personal hygiene, socialization, and mobility, while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Participates in designated facility in-services. Helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
