Cardinal Lane Senior Living is currently seeking a Part Time 1st Shift Caregiver to grow into a Medication Aide. The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health, encouraging resident independence, choice, and dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a positive customer service attitude as demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work‑related problems with the proper individuals.
• Communicates with careful listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, thoughtful responses, and timely, accurate reporting to appropriate persons.
• Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
• Must present with a neat, clean appearance.
• Participates in designated facility in‑services and helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
