Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician for part-time roles in Denver, CO. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
