Responsibilities

• Leadership – supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Communication – maintain clear interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics mindednes – monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process orientation – follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork – collaborate with store staff and department leaders for seamless operations.
• Parts sales & inventory management – lead sales targets, optimize inventory, manage returns.
• Safety & compliance – enforce PPE, risk management, safety standards.
• Commercial account support – assist in managing commercial hubs for timely deliveries.
• Problem solving – resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
