Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Parole Agent 1 training period; OR prior experience as a Commonwealth Parole Agent 2 or Parole Supervisor with regular civil service status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates reentry activities for reentrants, including specialized populations.
• Develops workshops and parole orientation sessions for individuals and groups.
• Liaises with parole agents, community service providers, employers, education institutions, and correctional staff to coordinate treatment and supervision options.
• Performs assessments and ensures referrals to treatment; educates families about the parole process.
• Maintains community service lists and updates electronic records; attends required trainings and CJAB meetings.
