This role oversees statewide parole and community re-entry programs, ensuring public safety and successful reintegration through strategic planning, policy development, and performance management.

The Director will lead a large team, manage facilities and programs across the state, and travel extensively.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Six (6) years of progressively responsible senior-level management experience in or adjacent to parole or probation, community corrections, or correctional settings.
• Two years of managing through subordinate supervisors.
• Proven competencies in policy analysis, budgeting, public speaking, and inter-agency collaboration.
