Responsibilities

• Determine organizational philosophy and plan operational direction; evaluate effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee legal compliance tasks including DNA processes, case law updates, Megan's Law registration, and record retention.
• Review fiscal and HR processes such as recruiting, budgeting, grants, and funding procurement.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based practices in community corrections and develop policies for the division.
• Coordinate with APPS Director and Deputy Directors; represent the court to county/state agencies.
• Engage in performance management and supervise administrative staff and committees.
