Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in probation with 2 years in supervision.
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of professional experience in probation.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages casework services of a probation division.
• Oversees recruitment, selection, and training of division staff.
• Prepares and monitors division budget and grants.
