Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Criminal Justice experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Four years or more of equivalent experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts hearings and interviews for violation cases and makes recommendations.
  • Reviews inmate files and conducts pre-parole investigations.
  • Performs comprehensive confidential clemency investigations for various clemency types.
  • Interviews inmates and analyzes case information to support parole and clemency decisions.
