Salary: $20 – $30 per hour, based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Partnerships and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on expanding Pianist Express by building relationships with businesses and individuals in the piano community, while also supporting the Piano Star Competition through sponsorship development and outreach. The ideal candidate will help secure funding, attract sponsors, and establish partnerships that benefit both initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Research and connect with piano teachers, schools, tuners, and other service providers to encourage listings on Pianist Express.
• Develop outreach campaigns to onboard businesses and enhance the visibility of Pianist Express.
• Identify and engage potential sponsors or donors to support the Piano Star Competition.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, organizations, and individuals to foster long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote partnerships through digital channels.
• Track and report outreach metrics to measure success and refine strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in outreach, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the arts or education sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for music and the arts is a plus.
