Responsibilities

• Program Management: Design, evaluate, and continuously improve a comprehensive volunteer program.
• Placement & Operations: Align volunteer assignments with departmental priorities and needs.
• Analytics: Track and analyze volunteer participation and outcomes.
• Board Operations: Prepare agendas, record minutes, and maintain records for the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
• Records & Data Management: Data entry, database creation, and report generation.
• Safety Training Coordination: Manage scheduling and compliance for safety trainings.
• Financial Controls: Process purchases, review receipts, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Cash Management: Balance daily cash drawers and generate daily financial reports.
