Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, facilities, dates, fees, and registration for programs
• Oversee athletic programming including youth/adult sports, referees, coaches, volunteers, uniforms, and sponsors
• Supervise contract staff, volunteers, and seasonal workers; ensure safety and policy compliance
• Assist with researching and developing new programs and activities for Parks & Recreation
• Coordinate payroll for contract employees by collecting time sheets and submitting documents on time
• Assist with marketing of programs and activities
