Job summary

City of Panama City Beach seeks a friendly, team-oriented clerk to support parks and recreation programs and services at city facilities. You will handle payments, issue passes, and assist customers with information and program details.

Responsibilities include managing concessions, inventory, and event prep, while supporting sports leagues and facilities operations. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old; no education or experience required.
• May need Florida Food Handler’s license within first week.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications may be required.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collects fees, check passes, and punches cards at Pier, Pool, and Senior Center.
• Counts monies and makes daily deposits and receipts.
• Assists customers with questions and program information.
• Monitors activities at assigned locations.
• Supervises sports leagues and events.
• Performs concessions and tracks inventory.
• Turns lights on/off at sports facilities.
• Preps buildings for rental events.
