Job summary

City of Richland seeks a skilled analyst to support Parks & Public Facilities business operations. The role analyzes budgets, manages contracts and grants, and supports vendor procurement to keep community services running smoothly.

Reporting to the Department Director, the position performs independent behind‑the‑scenes work and participates in financial planning and compliance across projects and facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with coursework in public administration, business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Three (3) years experience in business or operational analysis, budget or financial analysis, contract administration, project administration.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets and financial data to support department operations.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and grants for Parks & Public Facilities.
• Support procurement and vendor management in line with regulations.
