Job summary

The Parks at Texas Star Complexes is seeking a part-time Manager on Duty (Parks – PT) to assist in daily operations, supervise concession stand staff, and step in for Athletic leadership when needed.

You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage sales and field safety, coordinate staff, and complete daily reports. Requires high school diploma, 6 months in customer service, and availability evenings and weekends; Texas driver’s license a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of customer service experience is required.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises concession stand staff, league/tournament staff, volunteers, and assigns part-time staff.
• Meets and communicates with the public and participants to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manages safety, crowd control, and overall patron safety while on duty.
• Oversees collection, recording, and depositing of fees and daily sales in concession operations.
• Manages staff assignments, field prep, and routine safety checks around the facility.
• Secures the facility at the end of each business day and powers down equipment.
