Job summary

The City of Conroe seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform labor-intensive tasks and routine and preventive maintenance on parks grounds, equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years' experience, plus First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within a year.

Candidate should be able to operate a wide range of tools and equipment, follow city policies, work independently or in a team, and deliver excellent customer service to park

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years minimum experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine general and preventative maintenance on City of Conroe parks grounds, equipment, facilities and infrastructure.
• Operate a variety of tools, equipment, vehicles and trailers.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
