Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician II for the City of Centennial, CO to perform preventative maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on park and facilities equipment.

The role requires at least three years of landscape and grounds maintenance experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a valid driver’s license; eligible for health benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Three years of landscape and grounds maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license required and able to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance in parks and facilities grounds.
• Inspect and adjust equipment including irrigation and HVAC monitoring.
• Maintain client fleet vehicles with routine servicing.
• Provide general grounds maintenance such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry support.
• Read blueprints and diagrams for maintenance tasks.
• Answer after-hours on-call as scheduled by Facilities Manager.
