Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years in park operations, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related fields.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to plan, organize, assign, oversee and inspect work of staff and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated Parks Maintenance Staff and coordinate daily assignments.
• Inspect facilities, lawns, fields, trails, and equipment for maintenance priorities and safety.
• Supervise irrigation systems installation, repair, and service.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in park maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and report hazards.
