Job summary

The role includes supervising daily tasks, monitoring safety, and managing equipment and supplies to keep facilities in top condition. A background in parks maintenance and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Experience in parks or recreation maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work for maintenance crews.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.
• Ensure crew compliance with safety procedures and standards.
• Oversee maintenance of park grounds, facilities, and landscaping.
• Maintain records and prepare maintenance schedules.
