Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) months previous experience and/or training involving grounds maintenance or related manual labor.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Ability to operate a variety of maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain county buildings, grounds, athletic fields, and related facilities.
• Perform custodial maintenance and minor carpentry/plumbing/painting work as needed.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies and request replacements as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with supervisor to review work status.
