Job summary

Ogden City Government seeks a Crew Leader for Parks Structural to direct daily maintenance and supervise a crew across park facilities. Responsibilities include building repairs, equipment operation, and safety oversight within the park system.

The role requires five years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to coordinate across divisions such as Forestry, Cemetery, and other area crews. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive maintenance/repair experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Any combination of experience/education that provides required knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance checks and repairs to park facilities.
• Supervise crews performing park maintenance and construction tasks.
• Coordinate with Forestry, Cemetery, and other maintenance crews as needed.
• Inspect equipment, safety checks, and report hazards.
• Assist with special events, snow removal, and graffiti cleanup.
