Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have 4 years operating mowers and other lawn equipment; experience with public facilities, lakes, parks.
• Driver's license required (Texas).
• One year supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in park, grounds, and facility maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality control are followed.
• Assist with timekeeping, assignments, and training of staff.
• Document inspections, projects, and inventory; assist with bidding and cost estimating.
