Qualifications

• At least five years of increasingly responsible experience in the maintenance and repair of public facilities.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance checks and repairs to park facilities and supervise a crew.
• Oversee construction, building repair, concrete finishing, and landscape duties.
• Assist with irrigation repairs and installation as needed.
• Provide support for special events and safety inspections.
• Inspect playground equipment for hazards and safety.
• Prepare safety and incident reports and maintain compliance with policies.
