Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (40 hrs per week)

Salary: As per Collective Agreement between the RM of West St. Paul and IUOE Local 987

Under the direction of the Public Works Foreman, the Parks and Recreation Attendant is responsible for performing duties related to the operation and maintenance of all facilities for the Municipality. The attendant will perform various tasks necessary for indoor and outdoor maintenance of the Access Centre, Public Works, and Administration Buildings.

Summer season hours (the 2nd Monday in July until the 1st Friday in September) are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Winter season hours are Wednesday and Thursday 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday to Sunday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

This position falls within the Collective Bargaining Unit of Local 987 and is subject to all terms and conditions of the collective agreement or subsequent amending agreements.
