King County Parks is seeking an Agreements and Project Coordinator to support development and tracking of inter-agency agreements within the Parks Division. The role collaborates with Operations, Capital and Property teams, responds to inquiries, and creates tracking for agreement requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and editing skills.
• Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience identifying process improvements and collaborating to achieve outcomes.
• Experience coordinating administrative or program operations, agreements, grants, contracts, or similar workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support development of agreements by tracking workflow and coordinating with subject matter experts.
• Develop and manage an agreements database and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Develop agreements workflow and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of highly sensitive information in all forms.
• Coordinate division-wide grant application workflows and criteria.
