Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring a Parking Valet Attendant in San Mateo, CA. Earn $20.00 per hour plus cash tips with full-time and part-time shifts. You’ll greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, explain rates, and assist guests with self-parking instructions.

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (if required).
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Always greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions to retrieve self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve issues positively.
• Be active outdoors most of the day, standing and walking; lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other projects as requested.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Location: San Mateo, CA

Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License

• Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
