The City and County of Denver is seeking a Parking and Speeding Enforcement Supervisor for the ROWE division under DOTI. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure customer-focused service while enforcing parking regulations in the public right-of-way.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge to improve efficiency and safety. On-site work at the Wellington Webb Building with varied shifts and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of public contact experience enforcing laws, rules and regulations.
• Valid Driver's License at time of application.
• Code Enforcement Commission Certification must be obtained within 30 days.

Mansioni

• Supervise employees enforcing parking regulations and monitor compliance.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate staff work; provide technical guidance.
• Resolve complaints and answer questions from customers and colleagues.
• Develop work plans, set priorities, and schedule coverage.
• Provide instruction and coach staff; drive innovations for efficiency.
• Conduct hiring interviews and select candidates for openings.
• Handle grievances and document responses; promote teamwork.
