Job summary

City and County of Denver seeks a Parking and Speeding Enforcement Supervisor to lead ROWE, oversee daily parking enforcement operations, and coach staff to meet performance standards. You will coordinate with DOTI teams and Denver County Courts to ensure consistent enforcement practices, while driving improvements and customer-focused service.

The role requires a strong leader able to manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and hire new staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
• Experience in public contact involving enforcement and/or explanation of laws, rules, and regulations.
• Code Enforcement Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees enforcing parking regulations and monitor compliance with laws.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate work; provide technical guidance to staff.
• Resolve complaints and respond to questions from customers and internal teams.
• Hire and interview candidates for job openings; promote teamwork and performance.
• Develop goals, document performance, and provide feedback and recognition.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of unit activities and procedures.
