Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Parking Shift Supervisor in Atlantic City, NJ. You will lead daily parking operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality guest service while enforcing policies and safety standards.

You will oversee hiring, training, budgeting, and high-traffic event coverage, with a focus on smooth traffic flow and loss control. A NJ driver’s license is required, with opportunities for growth within the property.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in parking operations in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of valet and front door services is required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of parking facilities and staff.
• Enforce policies and ensure courteous guest service.
• Address guest concerns to maintain smooth operations.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate, and discipline transportation staff.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Plan events and VIP/group arrivals/departures.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor parking revenue.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss control standards.
• Schedule proactively based on expected business volume.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
