Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Parking Garage Attendant to support safe and reliable parking for patients, visitors, and staff. The role includes daily upkeep, maintenance of garage facilities, and assisting with parking equipment to ensure smooth operations.

You will address inquiries in a courteous manner, perform visual inspections, and help maintain a clean and safe parking environment, including night and weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: No experience required.
• License(s): Current Driver's License issued by the State (OK) and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visual inspections of garage areas to identify safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness by removing trash throughout the facility.
• Perform maintenance tasks in the parking lot/garage (pressure washing, power sweeping, painting, snow removal, minor repairs).
• Support maintenance and operation of parking equipment (ticketing machines, gates).
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.
• Provide courteous information to patients/visitors and uphold high customer service standards.
• Follow established safety precautions consistently.
• Execute location-specific operational duties as needed.
• Issue citations to ensure parking regulations are followed.
