Kansas Speedway Parking Services Team Member

Kansas Speedway, opened in 2001 in Kansas City, Kansas, is a premier motorsports destination hosting NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Gander RV and Outdoors Truck Series, and ARCA Menards Series races, along with over 200 event days annually.

We are seeking individuals with positive attitudes and excellent customer service skills to join our Parking Services team. Responsibilities include directing traffic, ensuring guest safety, providing directions, accepting payments, and maintaining a high level of guest service during events from May 8-11 and September 25-28, 2025.

Key Duties:

1. Evaluate parking areas for safety and optimal utilization.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
3. Manage traffic flow, ensuring access for emergency vehicles.
4. Collect payments when required.
5. Provide directions and assistance to guests.
6. Assist with debris clean-up in parking lots.
7. Use hand signals and lights to direct parking.
8. Position barricades, cones, and signage as needed.
9. Resolve guest questions, providing excellent service.
10. Report rule violations or suspicious activity to supervisors.
11. Cell phone use is prohibited while directing traffic.
12. Drivers of rental vehicles or golf carts must have a valid driver’s license and pass inspection.

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 pounds for entire shifts.
3. Work in all weather conditions.
4. Reliable transportation to the track.
