SP+ is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for our Cincinnati location. You will support day-to-day parking operations, supervise frontline staff, and help ensure client satisfaction while adhering to contractual guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least six months in parking, and a valid driver’s license. You will assist with reports, budgeting, and training, with opportunities for career growth at SP+.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends, may be needed.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and seeks clarification; responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
• Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.
• Adaptability: Adjusts to changes and delays.
• Judgment: Exercises sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical Demands: Regular standing/walking; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Support programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Help develop property-level financial and operational goals.
• Supervise daily activities: customer interaction, closing reports, deposits, staffing, and month-end reports.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety issues, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
