Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean garage, office, stairwells, elevators and other areas as directed.
• Remove debris throughout garage and stairwells.
• Empty trash and replace bags in garage, offices and bathrooms.
• Clean bathrooms with solvents and replenish supplies.
• Sweep front entrance area of garage with gas-powered sweeper.
• Clean elevators as directed.
• Collect parking tickets and provide refunds or change as needed.
• Answer patrons' information requests courteously.
