Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train CSR representatives and Leads in customer service and procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate CSR staff; interview, hire, and train; address performance concerns.
• Onboard and schedule CSR staff; ensure Leads meet expectations.
• Maintain training materials and assist with special projects; serve as IT contact for resolution.
