Qualifications

One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
Able to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise CSR representatives and Leads.
Provide courteous, professional relationships with customers, cities, subordinates, co-workers, and managers.
Onboard and schedule CSR staff; ensure Leads meet expectations.
Perform data entry, ensure task accuracy, and maintain organized files.
Assist in special projects and act as IT contact for resolution.
