Job summary

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is seeking a Security Location Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple parking facilities in Arlington, VA.

You will lead an hourly workforce, ensure safety, policy compliance, and customer service standards while coordinating with clients and the corporate office. The role requires a VA security license, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum of one year in a customer-service setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-service related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintains staffing levels to meet customer service and operating standards through scheduling and on-call management.
• Collects deposits and reports daily revenue, reviewing cahier reports for accuracy.
• Oversees opening, managing, and closing of the facility.
• Ensures paperwork completion including daily activity, maintenance, and incident reports.
• Ensures compliance with company policy, revenue controls and safety audits.
• Reviews maintenance checklists to ensure guest and employee safety.
