Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is seeking a field service technician to support the parking revenue control system. Under supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance, testing, and repair of hardware and software linked to the system, ensuring continuous operation.

You will troubleshoot various components, assist with AVID/Toll Tag related issues, and install new control components. Flexibility to adjust hours and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience as a field service technician, parking revenue control industry or related field.
• Possession of a valid class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health of the parking revenue control system and keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain, test, and repair components of the parking revenue control system.
• Troubleshoot equipment such as ticket issuing devices, ticket exits, transport mechanisms, and related hardware.
• Assist with issues related to the Automated Vehicle Identification and Toll Tag system.
• Install and implement new parking revenue control components.
• Analyze situations, recommend cost-effective improvements, and escalate issues as needed.
