Job summary

Responsibilities

• Audit, track, and address parking payment activity per Audit Supervisor.
• Respond to and resolve patron and client concerns daily.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with patrons/clients regarding issues and resolutions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss concerns and refunds improvements.
