Job summary

Legends Global, at Huntington Place Detroit, seeks a Parking Maintenance Technician to maintain parking facilities and support event parking operations. You will operate sweepers and utility vehicles, perform basic repairs, and assist with traffic flow and daily reconciliation tasks.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently or with a team to ensure a safe, clean parking environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance or related experience.
• Strong communication skills including oral and written.
• Customer service mindset with professional guest interactions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment used in maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas to maximize space usage and guest experience.
• Operate parking lot equipment including sweepers and utility vehicles.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades for opening/closing parking areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of special event parking programs and manage flow during peak times.
