Olympia Development Parking is seeking a maintenance-focused individual to perform facility upkeep and assist customers within the parking environment. The role emphasizes completing tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Walk garages/lots daily to identify maintenance issues.
• Sweep entrances, clean rails, offices, and restrooms; empty trash cans.
• Paint facility surfaces to keep areas neat and maintained.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and manage oil spill responses.
