Job summary

Legends Global, at Huntington Place Detroit, is seeking a Parking Maintenance Technician to care for parking facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe guest experience during daily operations and events.

Reporting to the Parking Operations Director, you will operate sweepers and utility vehicles, perform basic repairs, handle barricades, and assist with traffic flow and event parking. This outdoor role requires reliability and adaptability in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) or more years of maintenance or related experience; hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Experience with basic facility maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas to maximize space usage and guest experience.
• Operate parking lot equipment including sweepers and utility vehicles.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open and close parking areas as needed.
• Perform basic facility and equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of special event parking programs.
• Support gate guarding and parking flow during events and peak periods.
