Qualifications

• Parking facility/garage experience required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office to produce reports and spreadsheets.
• Ability to calculate basic figures in Excel (discounts, interests, commissions).
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parking facilities in Downtown Dallas.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, and supplies.
• Enforce revenue controls and signage standards.
• Administer accounts receivable and deposits.
• Supervise contract parker program and daily registrations.
• Prepare daily/monthly performance reports.
