Job summary

Comstock operates the ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant role to support a multi-site parking operation, including manned, unmanned, automated, or manual sites.

You will process exception transactions, manage parking systems and POS for reporting, and monitor site performance while coordinating with technical support. Focus on customer service, safety, and daily operational reports to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• A high school degree is required.
• One to two years' experience in a service or related industry preferred, with at least 3 months in a parking setting.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process exception transactions according to policy.
• Operate parking systems, POS, and reporting tools to track transactions.
• Provide high-quality customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Oversee the contract parker program including onboarding, billing, collections.
• Open, manage, and close the facility daily.
• Report daily activity and assist with maintenance checks.
