Job summary

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. seeks a ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant to assist the team with operating a complex parking site. The role involves managing manned/unmanned sites, processing transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will leverage parking software, coordinate with tech support, and oversee the contract parker program, including onboarding, billing, and communications, while ensuring safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• 1–2 years in a service-related role preferred, with 3 months in parking.
• Able to perform basic math and read written instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual/automatic.
• Customer-focused, with professional and friendly demeanor.
• Must be trustworthy and maintain high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening, managing, and closing of the facility.
• Process exception transactions (lost tickets, etc.) per policy.
• Monitor site performance using parking management software.
• Coordinate with technical support for equipment issues.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Manage contract parker onboarding, billing, and communications.
• Document incidents and complete incident investigations.
• Ensure safety procedures and signage compliance.
• Provide brand-standard service with greetings and exits.
• Maintain cleanliness and notify management of needs.
