Job summary

Preferred Parking Service, LLC is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant to enforce parking rules, issue tickets, and maintain safety across our lots and garages.

This 1st shift role requires weekends and has you using your own vehicle for mileage reimbursement. You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks; duties include customer service, enforcement, and routine reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for customer interactions.
• Experience handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with parking inquiries, directions, and payment instructions.
• Provide information on parking rates, passes, and facility policies.
• Handle customer complaints or elevate issues to management as needed.
• Monitor daily parking activities to ensure smooth traffic flow and proper use of spaces.
• Operate entry/exit gates, ticket machines, and payment systems; troubleshoot as needed.
• Assist during peak hours, events, or emergencies to manage vehicle flow.
• Check for valid parking permits and passes; issue citations for violations as required.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and operational checklists; communicate with supervisors.
