Local parking company is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant to patrol and enforce rules across our parking lots and garages in Charlotte, NC. You will help ensure safety, manage vehicle flow, and report incidents.

This 2nd shift role requires weekends, a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle with monthly mileage reimbursement. Pre-employment checks and basic physical duties are part of the job. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, parking, or facility operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with parking inquiries and payments.
• Enforce parking rules, issue citations, and monitor space usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of parking areas.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports; communicate with supervisors.
• Monitor gates, ticket machines, and payment systems; respond to incidents.
