Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and ensure contractual obligations.

• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; set performance goals.
• Provide regular reports and updates to leadership.
• Occasionally travel to sites and coordinate across locations.
• Lead and participate in process improvements and staff development.
• Attend meetings and complete training as required.
