Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training.
• Administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex administrative support for the Parking Services Department.
• Serve as a liaison between Parking Services, other departments, vendors and external partners.
• Manage customer service by resolving issues and processing permits.
