Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus 3 years in Parking/Real Estate/Hospitality management.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• At least 1 year working with financials, budgeting and P&L statements.
• Knowledge of marketing functions or 1 year marketing-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to analyze financial and operational reports.
• Valid Driver's license to operate company or customer vehicles.

• Trains, develops, evaluates, and motivates managers and staff to deliver superior customer experience.
• Coaches supervisory staff on personnel-related matters and performance discussions.
• Delegates responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
• Identifies operational challenges and develops practical solutions to improve efficiency and revenue.
• Develops staffing plans and labor strategies to maximize service and profitability.
• Oversees payroll administration and cost controls at assigned locations.
• Maintains integrity of financial reporting, cash controls, and timely audits.
• Manages vendor contracts and supports marketing initiatives and business development.
