Job summary

Parking Veterans is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Fargo, ND to oversee daily parking operations, staff, and safety. You will manage financial records, train personnel, and develop policies to meet site goals.

Leadership and budget discipline are key as you coordinate operations and communicate with contract managers. Experience in shuttle or parking lot operations and a high school diploma are required; an associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferably at least 1 year of management experience in shuttle or parking lot operations.
• An associate or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in property maintenance and upkeep.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including operation of manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong leadership to direct others when required.
• Knowledge of record-keeping procedures and practices.
• Familiarity with parking regulations and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, and supervise all daily parking operations.
• Organize, maintain, and reconcile financial records using manual and automated methods.
• Oversee claims process to limit liability and maintain property safety.
• Train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate parking attendant staff.
• Assist in setting up special event parking programs.
• Provide technical assistance and work direction to support personnel.
• Ensure equipment upkeep and property maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly manager reports.
• Undertake special projects and other related tasks as needed.
